Every piece of Coney Poder gear is made to carry a little imagination into your day. If something doesn’t arrive the way it should, we’ll set it right.

We’ll make it right if:

• Your order arrived with the wrong item
• Your piece arrived damaged or defective

How to ask:
Send us a note at support@coneypoder.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a quick description of what went wrong (a photo helps, too!). We’ll take it from there.
